10. Robert Mugabe

Robert Mugabe is extensively criticized for his inadequate  and unnecessary management of the economy, human rights abuses and his rejection to step down from office

Elected as president of Zimbabwe, Mugabe also tortured immeasurable people terming them to be trouble makers or opponents of his government. He left newspapers muzzled and rigged two elections held in his era. Mugabe has been selected one of the world’s “worst dictators” for having a questionable human rights record. .Because of him , a lot of international organization including commonwealth cut off every types of relationship with Zimbabwe  .

9. Bashar Al-Assad

Known as a terrible and careless leader, Bashar Al-Assad deprived the citizens of Syria of their basic requirements. He was also seen to be a part of brutal repressions. He ran unchecked in the 2007 presidential election, and his underground police force (the Mukhabarat) has regularly vanished, tortured, and assassinated political activists.

 Since 2011, the Syrian Army and security services have been using tanks and rockets in opposition to members of the Syrian opponent as well as average civilians.

8. Omar al-Bashir

Field Marshall Omar Hassan Ahmad Al-Bashir is the President of Sudan and the head of the National Congress Party. He is in supremacy since 1989. He is wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes in opposition to humanity, specifically in the Darfur state. 

In spite of the warrant, he liberally moves to supportive countries to show off his relative protection among friends. 2.7 million people are assumed to have been  killed since 2003 as a result of his military operation against the Darfur rebels.

This caused the countrywide debt to rise sharply. And  because of his worse policy the entire world suffered a lot .

Also known as the Mad Queen of Madagascar. Similar to Zedong, Queen Ranavalona I of Madagascar was accountable for killing one million people and above. She managed to get killed 10,000 people in a single week which makes the hilarious  of all.
